We were looking to buy a Phulkari on our maiden visit to Patiala and we were wandering the Adalat market until we stumbled onto this shop. Mr Raj Kumar Mehra, Mr Karan Bhatia and their associates spent over an hour with us patiently showing us different types of the product, educating us and at no point selling to us. They understood our requirements really well and we walked out of the shop extremely satisfied. The price point was very reasonable as well. I cannot recommend these gentlemen enough
