At PhulkariHub.com, we meticulously inspect each fabric before delivery to ensure precise measurements, flawless designs or prints, and impeccable condition, untouched and unworn.

Cancellations

We accept cancellation requests strictly within 4 hours of placing your order.

Return / Exchange

  1. In rare instances where you wish to return or exchange your order due to discrepancies in specifications or unmet expectations, please email us at hello@phulkarihub.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number in the subject line, images highlighting the issue, and a brief description.
  2. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
    Conditions of Returned Products
    a. The tags on the product should be intact.
    b. The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched and in an undamaged condition.
    c. The item must be returned with its original packaging intact.
  3. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
  4. Returns are accepted exclusively for products purchased within India and not for those purchased from any other countries.
  5. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 150 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order.
